Deliver an Exceptional Luxury Ownership Experience Audi Morton Grove is seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning team. As a trusted member of our service department, you will play a critical role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests while helping them maintain and protect their investment. What You'll Do As the primary point of contact for our service guests, you will: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming luxury dealership experience Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs Build trust by clearly explaining maintenance recommendations, repair options, timelines, and costs Prepare detailed repair orders and service estimates using dealership software Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently Provide proactive updates throughout the service process to keep customers informed Recommend maintenance and repair services that improve vehicle safety, performance, and longevity while maintaining complete transparency Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to satisfaction Maintain accurate service records and follow-up communication Foster long-term relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat business What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Luxury automotive experience is a plus Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding results Experience with dealership management systems and estimating software preferred Why Audi Morton Grove?
