Service Advisor - Experienced Automotive Professional Volkswagen of Oak Lawn Volkswagen of Oak Lawn is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you're a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to meet you.

- Minimum of 5 years of automotive Service Advisor experience (required)
- Dispatching Experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively sell and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CDK Drive proficiency is a plus Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle needs
- Keep customers informed on repair progress and completion times
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting dealership performance goals
