Rod Baker Ford in Plainfield has an opening for a skilled Automotive Technician, working 2pm-10pm in our state of the art mobile service unit. Responsibilities This is a customer facing position requiring you to complete off site diags & repairs Use dealer

DMS & OEM

diagnostic tools to complete repair orders Maintain mobile truck cleanliness & inventory to ensure effectiveness in the field Maintain OEM training certifications Maintain an inspection & upsell process, refer work to shop that cannot be completed in the field Skills Excellent knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems of vehicles Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods Willingness to abide by all safety protocol put in place by employer Ability to communicate professionally & effectively with customers

8 years (Required)

Dealership:

2 years or more (Preferred)

Diesel Repair:

2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
