Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on luxury and performance vehicles. Install aftermarket performance upgrades, including suspension systems, exhausts, and other custom modifications. Conduct thorough pre-purchase vehicle inspections and provide detailed client reports. Document the service process of each car at every step Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools and equipment are in excellent condition. Communicate clearly with the team and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or in a related role. Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. Familiarity with performance modifications and upgrades. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with European luxury brands and enthusiast cars (e.g., Porsche, Audi, BMW). ASE Certification or equivalent (preferred but not required).
