! Fox Valley Auto Group is looking for bright, new talent in our Service Department!!
Position Summary:
Initiate automotive services and repairs by assessing vehicle performance problems and services requested; verify warranty and service contract coverage options; develop estimates and write repair orders; establish and maintain customer rapport and records. Function as a member of a first class team that contributes to the success of our service department and the dealership as a whole. Why Do You Want to Work for Us? Requirements:
Service Advisor / Service Writer experience Valid driver's license Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical terms to client. Stable work history ADP/CDK familiarity is a plus
