RV Service Technician

RV Service Technician We are a growing RV service company looking for a dependable, experienced RV Service Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Remove and reapply roof and exterior caulking/sealants Perform A/C diagnostics, repairs, and replacements Diagnose and repair slide-out systems Diagnose and repair leveling systems Diagnose and repair RV appliances Diagnose and repair electrical/charging issue Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs Diagnose and repair Aqua-Hot systems (training available) Complete repairs efficiently and professionally Maintain clean and organized work areas Communicate clearly with team members and customers Requirements Prior RV service technician experience required Valid Driver's License required Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems independently Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions Preferred Qualifications RVTI or other industry certifications are a plus Experience with Aqua-Hot/Oasis systems is a plus Experience with mobile RV service is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) SEP retirement benefits Dental, Vision and Life Insurance A healthy work/life balance Stress-free and respectful work environment Honest leadership and mutual respect Opportunity to grow with a growing company Supportive team atmosphere Ongoing training opportunities We are looking for someone we can rely on as a valued long-term employee — not just another technician. $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
