Key requirements of a Automotive Technician Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on experience performing full-service automotive diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle systems (required) Experience must include mechanical repair work such as engine, suspension, steering, brake, electrical, heating/air conditioning, and drivability diagnostics Must own a complete set of personal tools suitable for the position Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and accurately Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, management, and fellow technicians Demonstrated work ethic and reliability, with attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently when needed Commitment to safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized workspaceIf you or a colleague of yours have the above experience and desire a rewarding and exciting career, please apply for a confidential interview.
