The team is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician (or ambitious B-Tech ready to grow) who thrives on tackling drivability and electrical diagnostics. What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency Handle drivability and electrical troubleshooting with confidence Contribute to a team environment focused on quality and transparency Use industry-leading tools and shop management systems to get the job done right What's Offered Competitive flat-rate pay ($40-50/hr based on experience) Earning potential of $120K-130K per year for top performers Paid ASE training, testing, and certification support (shop covers the costs)
PTO:
2 weeks, plus 1 week of sick time, and paid holidays 8 AM - 5 PM schedule, Monday through Friday What's Required Strong diagnostic skills, particularly in electrical and drivability systems Own set of tools ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain #IND-TFS-00
