Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will be vital in delivering top-tier automotive service that exceeds customer expectations. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly. Repair and replace powertrain components such as transmissions, engines, and diesel engines with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently. Service automotive systems including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), alignment, steering, suspension, and electrical systems to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Interpret technical manuals and schematics for complex repairs involving transmissions, electrical wiring, and mechanical assemblies. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Knowledge of ADAS technology, schematics reading, and automotive diagnostics is highly desirable. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus; experience with diesel engine repair is advantageous. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
