Competitive Pay:

Compensation is $28-$38/hour and is based on your experience level in key areas like welding, wiring, and hydraulics, as well as your familiarity with different types of trucks. You will have the opportunity to increase your rate at your 30-60-90-day reviews. There are also optional overtime opportunities available!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to build an entire Class 7-8 snow and ice truck upfit from start to finish. Building the truck to the customer's specification, diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems. Collaborate with a skilled team to achieve company goals and growth. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs. as necessary. About the
