We're looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who enjoys diagnosing challenging vehicle issues, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform complete vehicle inspections Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently Repair vehicles correctly the first time Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning Use scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently Recommend necessary repairs honestly and professionally Document findings and repair recommendations Work closely with other technicians and management to solve complex diagnostic issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience repairing domestic and import vehicles Ability to diagnose and repair major vehicle systems independently Own professional technician tools Experience using scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license Excellent work ethics and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-first mentality ASE Certifications preferred, but not required ASE certification training and testing assistance provided What We Offer Competitive Compensation $28.00-$40.00 per hour Weekly pay Pay based on experience and skill level Excellent Benefits HSA Health Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid time off Ongoing paid training Professional development opportunities ASE certification assistance Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday schedule 7:30 AM-5:00 PM No evenings No weekends
