Pay:
Up to $35/hr Mobile Diesel Technician (Take-Home Truck Provided) Our team is growing, and we're looking for another skilled technician to join us! FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to perform dedicated lot work using a company service truck during normal business hours. This role also includes in-shop work between service calls. Job Overview The Mobile Technician is expected to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements on trucks and trailers with limited supervision. This role focuses on keeping customers' fleets up and running efficiently while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues Perform preventative maintenance and routine services (oil, filters, lubrication) Repair and adjust brakes (air, hydraulic, electric) Troubleshoot and repair suspension, electrical, exhaust, steering, and A/C systems Perform driveline, clutch, and alignment work Diagnose and repair fuel systems, air systems, and aftertreatment systems Complete welding and minor fabrication as needed Maintain productivity goals and minimize comebacks/warranty work Keep service truck and workspace clean and organized Practice safe driving and follow all safety standards What We Offer 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSAs, EAP, short-term & long-term disability Benefits starting Day One!
