Experienced RV Service Technician / Travel Trailer Repair Technician We are looking for an experienced RV Service Technician who can diagnose and repair travel trailers, fifth wheels, and towable campers. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already has hands-on repair experience and can handle common RV service issues without needing to be trained from scratch. This position is focused on towable RVs only. No motorhome chassis work, engine repair, or automotive mechanic work is required. What You'll Work On You will be responsible for repairing and servicing travel trailers, fifth wheels, and campers, including: Electrical systems Plumbing systems Appliances Flooring repairs Roof inspections and repairs Slide-outs Awnings Water leaks Interior repairs Exterior repairs General RV maintenance Customer concern diagnosis Pre-delivery inspections and used unit repairs What We're Looking For The right person should have experience with RV repair, trailer repair, mobile home repair, construction, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or similar skilled trade work.

You should be able to:

Diagnose problems and recommend proper repairs Work independently Use basic shop tools and power tools Repair multiple types of RV-related issues Stay organized and complete jobs correctly Communicate clearly with the service team Take pride in clean, quality work Experience Needed This position is for someone with more than basic entry-level experience. RV dealership experience is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong experience in: Camper repair Mobile home repair Residential maintenance Construction Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Flooring General handyman or repair work Pay Pay is based on experience. We are looking for someone above entry level, so compensation will depend on your current skill level, RV experience, and ability to complete repairs efficiently and correctly. Schedule Full-time position. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Prior repair, maintenance, or skilled trade experience Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work inside and outside RVs Must be dependable and willing to work Why Apply?
