Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to determine their automotive service needs Provide detailed information about available services Create and manage service orders Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work Update customers on the status of their vehicles Resolve any customer issues or concerns regarding service

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related field Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of automotive systems and basic vehicle maintenance Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
