In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee complex vehicle repairs, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Lead and supervise a team of automotive technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of repairs Perform advanced diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately Oversee repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and electrical systems with precision Conduct vehicle maintenance procedures including alignments, wheel balancing, and general service work Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs while adhering to safety protocols Review automotive repair estimates, communicate with customers about repair needs, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, including diagnostics, parts used, and service notes Requirements Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician or service technician with leadership responsibilities preferred Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and schematics reading Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, and diesel engines Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and auto estimating software Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards Certification or training in automotive repair techniques is highly desirable Join us as a Lead Automotive Technician and be part of a team dedicated to delivering top-tier vehicle care!
