We specialize in offering top RV brands like Winnebago, KZ RV, Travel Lite, Northern Lite truck campers, and Lance trailers and campers. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and help families create unforgettable travel experiences. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic RV Service Technician to join our dedicated team. If you're passionate about problem-solving, hands-on work, and the RV lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on RVs, including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in RV systems and components. Install accessories such as back up cameras, vent fans, and towing equipment. Test and ensure the proper functioning of all systems before customer delivery. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service. Follow safety protocols and company standards to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Other duties as assigned (i.e. driving the tractor, cleaning the shop, RV show set up/breakdown, etc.)Qualifications:
Previous experience as an RV technician, automotive technician, or related field is preferred. Knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Valid driver's license A basic set of hand tools, minimumWhat We Offer:
