What You'll Do As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll serve as the trusted connection between our customers and our service team. You'll guide customers through every step of the service process while ensuring they feel informed, valued, and confident that their vehicle is receiving exceptional care.
You'll:
Welcome every customer with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide solutions tailored to their needs. Educate customers on recommended maintenance and repairs with honesty and transparency. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Keep customers informed throughout the service process with proactive communication and timely updates. Build long-term relationships founded on trust, integrity, and exceptional customer care. Deliver a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. Help customers protect one of their largest investments while providing peace of mind. Collaborate with teammates to create an efficient, positive, and customer-focused service department. Consistently deliver an experience that earns customer loyalty, referrals, and five-star reviews.
