Requirements:

Strong passion for the automotive industry and desire to improve your skillset Own tools and reliable transportation (required) Previous repair experience (advanced or intermediate skill preferred) Familiarity with Identifix and Shop Manager is a plus Consistent attention to detail, quality, and accountability

What We Offer:

Quality work/life balance techs average between 20-30 hours and are never required to work above 40. Most guys will average roughly 25 hours and bring home about $1500 Some of the most competitive pay in the state , featuring a hybrid flat-rate system equivalent to up to $90/hr flat-rate.
