Automotive Service Advisor

About Us Bradley Tire & Auto Center is a local, high-volume independent repair shop known for our honesty and quality work. We may be small, but we stay busy. We are looking for a Service Advisor who can be the "face" of our shop—someone who is organized, great with people, and knows how to keep the workflow moving. The Role As our Service Advisor, you are the bridge between the customer and the technician. You won't just be "taking orders"—you will be managing the daily operations of the front office and ensuring our technicians stay productive.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Greet every customer with a professional attitude, handle the check-in process, and manage the final checkout/payment.

Communication:

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls. Provide clear, consistent updates to customers regarding their vehicle status.

Estimating & Sales:

Build accurate quotes for repairs and maintenance. Confidently present "upsells" based on technician recommendations to ensure vehicle safety and longevity.

Shop Flow:

Direct technicians on job priorities to ensure the shop hits its daily deadlines.

Sourcing:

Coordinate with parts suppliers to ensure the right components arrive on time for scheduled jobs.

What We're Looking For Automotive Knowledge:

You should understand the basics of vehicle systems to explain repairs to customers clearly.

Multi-tasking Skills:

Ability to handle a ringing phone, a customer at the counter, and a technician question all at once.

Sales Mindset:

Comfortable discussing money and explaining the value of preventative maintenance.

Professionalism:
