service technicians are vital in ensuring customers get and keep their vehicles in great working condition. H&K works with customers to ensure their vehicles are treated like we would treat our own. Responsibilities Reporting diagnosis and repair information to the service advisors Properly completing repair orders during repair Properly complete oil changes and tire rotations on GM and other makes of vehicles Complete a thorough Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection of every vehicle, document and report any findings to the service advisors. Complete any and all tasks given by the service advisors and or service manager Ability to do tire repairs and replacement and willingness to learn Qualifications Prior experience in light vehicle repair is required On job needed tools to complete repairs Outgoing, customer focused mentality Ability to multitask Work well with other employees Strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn No DRAMA! We do not tolerate drama in our workplaces
