Advancement Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies Participate in ongoing training and development programs Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications:
Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service Basic automotive knowledge required; experience with shop equipment (wheel/tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC equipment) preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Work Here?
