This position focuses primarily on the removal and installation of engines and transmissions, along with some light to moderate general automotive repair work. We are a busy, well-established shop that values teamwork, professionalism, and quality workmanship. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to work hard, and want to be part of a shop that respects its employees, we'd like to talk with you. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Responsibilities Remove and install engines and transmissions Perform drivetrain and related component repairs Assist with general automotive repair and maintenance Work closely with diagnostic and rebuilding technicians Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow shop procedures and safety standards Communicate effectively with management and team members Qualifications Automotive repair experience preferred Experience with engine and transmission R&R is a major plus Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license Own tools What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable Monday-Friday work schedule Clean, professional work environment Steady workflow Opportunity for advancement Supportive team atmosphere At Precision Transmission, we are more than just a transmission shop.
