Job Description

Top Pay for Service Writers Who Run the Drive We're a growing dealer group looking for a Service Writer who treats the service lane like their own business. If you write service the right way, greet every customer like you want them back, walk the car, and put your numbers up where everyone can see them, this is worth a conversation. The job, straight You own your lane: customer-pay hours per RO, effective labor rate, gross per RO, multipoint completion on every car, and your survey scores. You present the full inspection every time, make honest recommendations, and follow up the declined work instead of letting it walk. You hold a margin and still get thanked on the way out, because you sold the customer what the car actually needed and you were straight about it. Who fits A writer who'd rather be the top producer on the board than coast in the middle, who reads a scoreboard as motivation instead of pressure, and who wants their pay tied to what they actually produce. The ceiling moves with the work. You get real backing from a leadership team that hands you the standards and tools to win, and because we're growing and promote from within, a genuine path to Service Manager and Fixed Ops for the writers who put up numbers and lift the people around them.
