Requirements What You'll Do Deliver a pleasant and memorable customer experience at every interaction Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and prepare service estimates Recommend services with confidence and integrity Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency Communicate effectively between customers and technicians Maintain strong, respectful working relationships with the service team Help uphold the shop's reputation for honesty and outstanding workmanship What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role) 1+ year of sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and lead Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Apply View All Jobs
