• We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Responsibilities
• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Upsell additional services or products as needed
• Maintain customer records and payment transactions
• Skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales, vehicle maintenance, and auto repair processes
• Experience in cash handling and auto estimating is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
• Proficiency in upselling products or services
