Be part of a team that prides itself on fairness, transparency, and a steady flow of work. What You'll Do Inspect and assess customer vehicles for maintenance and repair needs. Perform essential services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements. Accurately document all services performed and follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Estimate repair costs and request necessary parts as needed. Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction (CSI) and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Basic understanding of vehicle mechanical operations (experience preferred, but not required). Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Ability to read and follow instructions and information accurately. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening.
