NO WEEKENDS
$30•37 per hour•

As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. If you take pride in your work, can diagnose efficiently, and want to work in a professional, team-focused environment — we want to talk to you. Compensation $30•35 per hour Flat rate What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years automotive repair experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Own tools required Ability to read schematics and perform accurate diagnostics Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Dependable and punctual Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and working overhead when needed Able to maintain 125% efficiency Professional appearance and positive attitude ASE certifications (Brakes, Suspension & Steering, Manual Drivetrain & Axles, Engine Repair) are preferred or must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe. Daily Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs accurately and efficiently Road test vehicles to verify proper repair Complete detailed and legible repair orders Maintain low comeback rate Conduct vehicle inspections and document recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures Communicate with service advisors regarding parts or repair delays Park and secure vehicles properly after service Additional Responsibilities Participate in team meetings and training Maintain shop equipment and tools Assist with shop cleanliness and organization Follow company safety and hazard communication standards Why Join Star European Repair?
