Job Description
Job Summary Busy domestic automobile dealership is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor/Writer to its team. The Service Writer will be responsible for coordinating customer vehicle service requests, communicating with technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to determine vehicle issues and service needs
- Create accurate repair orders and provide cost estimates to customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Recommend additional services or repairs based on technician evaluations
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle service history Requirements
- Experience in automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Strong understanding of auto service writing
- Ability to upsell additional services or repairs
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in sales within an automotive environment is a plus

$80,000.00- $120,000.
