The role involves performing basic maintenance services and inspections on vehicles, with opportunities for advancement through Ford factory training and internal promotions. The Quick Lane team works collaboratively to service a high volume of vehicles daily, providing a supportive environment for learning and growth. Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements. Replace batteries, wipers, and small light bulbs. Conduct pre-delivery inspections to support new car sales. Inspect each vehicle, record findings, and recommend additional work using an iPad. Requirements Strong physical dexterity for working with tools. Ability to collaborate well with others in a team setting. Strong communication skills. Punctual and reliable. Basic computer skills. Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures. Valid driver's license.
