We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our growing service team. Job Description The Quick Lane Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance and light repair services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow in the automotive industry with a dealership that values training, professionalism, and internal advancement.

In person Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services Conduct vehicle inspections and notify the service team of any issues or needed repairs Replace filters, bulbs, wipers, and other minor components as needed Maintain a clean and organized service bay Ensure all work is performed according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians Participate in ongoing training and development programs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 6+ months of automotive maintenance or technician experience preferred Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures Strong attention to detail and safety procedures Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced technician roles Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Why Join Bob Allen Ford At Bob Allen Ford, we believe in investing in our team.
