In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving vehicles within the dealership premises, providing exceptional guest services, and supporting the overall flow of vehicle operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a seamless experience for every visitor, ensuring their first impression is positive and professional. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain dealership experience while developing key skills in customer service, driving, and vehicle handling. Responsibilities Safely transport vehicles to and from parking areas, service lanes, and customer locations using manual transmission vehicles and adherence to parking regulations Assist guests with vehicle ingress and egress, providing friendly and professional guest services throughout their visit Support the dealership team by moving vehicles for inspections, detailing, or repairs as needed Manage cash handling and cashiering duties when applicable, including processing payments or service tickets accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and vehicle staging areas to ensure safety and efficiency Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status or special instructions using clear verbal skills Support delivery drivers by assisting with vehicle drop-offs or pickups when required Skills Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service roles with a friendly attitude Valid driving license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles confidently Knowledge of parking rules and regulations to ensure proper vehicle placement Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is a plus Experience as a delivery driver or cashier enhances your ability to handle diverse responsibilities Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively Basic retail math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to start their career in the automotive industry while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
