Automotive Service Technician

•Eddy's Lincoln is searching for Automotive Technicians to join our team. The right candidate will have a service technician background with over 2 years of experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out repairs and services listed on work orders with accuracy and within dealership guidelines. Perform regular vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance. Operate diagnostic equipment and take vehicles on test drives to identify issues in systems and components. Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and testing to determine the root cause of problems. Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, electrical, and climate control. Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate findings, recommend additional work when necessary, and provide time estimates for completion. Complete warranty-related repairs according to manufacturer standards and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Ability to successfully complete a background screening. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Eagerness to develop skills and stay current with new technologies.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

Sign On Bonus Available For Technicians with Certifications $25 .00 -$40.00 an hour depending on experience Monday Friday with rotating Saturdays Join our team as an Automotive Technician where your skills will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic work environment.
