This energetic role offers the opportunity to utilize your mechanical expertise, electrical knowledge, and passion for vehicle maintenance to ensure our customers' RVs are safe, reliable, and ready for adventure. As a key player in our service department, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and contribute to a positive customer experience through your technical skills and proactive approach. Responsibilities Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues on various RV models using automotive diagnostics tools and techniques Perform routine maintenance such as Slide-Out adjustments, brake repairs, and suspension work Repair and replace components including water heaters, shocks & struts, HVAC systems, and electrical systems Conduct heavy lifting and use power tools, hand tools, soldering tools, and other specialized machinery to complete repairs efficiently Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair progress clearly to customers and team members Assist with assembly or reassembly of RV components during repairs or upgrades Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician background in automotive or RV repair environments Electrical repair skills with experience in automotive electrical systems and wiring diagnostics Mechanical knowledge spanning HVAC systems, suspension components, brakes, and solar Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment repair techniques Familiarity with plumbing systems maintenance and repair within RVs is a plus Experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and other maintenance tools Customer service skills with an ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about vehicle repair, eager to develop your skills further in a lively team setting, and committed to delivering top-tier service that keeps our customers exploring confidently!
