The right candidate is mechanically inclined, takes pride in quality work, and is eager to grow their automotive career in a supportive dealership environment. Responsibilities Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and transmission flushes Inspect vehicles according to state requirements for emissions and safety Conduct necessary repairs and test-drive vehicles to verify soundness Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive service Keep accurate and legible service paperwork for customer records Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety Follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Prior automotive repair or lube technician experience preferred High attention to detail with effective communication skills Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship Own tools or ability to obtain specific tools required to perform the work Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater Valid driver's license required We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
