Job Description

Join Our Team as a Service Advisor at Somerset Auto Repair! Are you a customer service superstar with automotive experience and a passion for building strong relationships? Somerset Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, organized, and highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team in Somerset, KY. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our company, helping customers understand their vehicle needs while providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for maintenance and repairs Keep work organized and ensure a smooth customer experience Follow shop processes and procedures to help the team operate efficiently
Requirements:
Positive attitude and outgoing personality Strong relationship-building and communication skills Morning person - must be able to arrive at the shop daily by 7:30 AM Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
Experience Preferred:
Automotive Service Advisor or shop experience Customer service experience Experience with Shop-Ware or Steer Experience working with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that values excellent service.
