Heavy Duty Truck Service Tech/ Heavy Duty Towing & Recovery Operator Erlanger, KY Full-time Full-time Big Rig One Stop is a family owned Trucking, Towing, and Service company. We are in search of career minded Truck Service Technicians and/or Heavy Duty Wrecker Driver for Class A Heavy Semi trucks and trailers. We are located in Sparta, KY and service Carrollton, Walton, Verona, Dry Ridge, Vevay and surrounding areas. Job Responsibilities Perform minor and major repairs on Class A trucks and trailers for in shop and mobile (roadside repairs) Conduct regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including, but not limited to, inspections, tire rotation, and oil changes Properly document maintenance and repairs Collaborate with repair team to diagnose and plan repairs Perform regular diagnostic tests Maintain a safe and clean work area Heating/AC, wiring, and computer diagnostics a plus Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required All applicants must: Have own tools Have a positive attitude and ability to work well with others Have basic computer skills Have strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.) Have effective time management skills Have been a diesel technician for a minimum of 1 year Be able to lift 150 lbs Be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, and drug testing) ASE Diesel Certification preferred Class A CDL preferred
