• Full-time XPress Pro Tire & Auto is looking for a talented "Automotive Repair Service Center Manager" to join our team.

Locally owned and operated, we have 13 of the finest and most efficient repair shops in the Indianapolis market and require excellence from our devoted staff. Our Service Manager must have the experience and dedication necessary to provide our customers with optimum service. We service a variety of passenger and small truck vehicles. We need your experience and technical expertise. You have worked hard to get to where you are but it is about more than just fixing cars. Your knowledge of the automotive repair industry is EXACTLY what our customers require and deserve. In your role as " Automotive Repair Service Center Manager" you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by:

• Representing the brand and being the contact point between the technician and the customer
• Being the leader, trainer, and supervisor of the technicians in the store.
• Evaluating customer needs.
• Create/Sustain an organizational system for processing paperwork.
• Be able to effectively communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs when required.
• Advising our customers on their automotive needs based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Adhering to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5+ years Automotive Management Experience
• Knowledge of Automotive Theory of Operations
• Must have a valid driver's license.
