THE ROLE

This is a dual-skill position covering professional auto detailing and automotive window tinting. You don't have to be expert-level in both on Day 1 — but you need real, proven experience in at least one and genuine interest in building the other. The more you bring, the more responsibility you'll carry, and the more you'll earn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform professional detailing across our service packages — exterior, interior, brush work, seat conditioning, tire care, ceramic coatings
• Install automotive window film accurately and cleanly — cuts, pulls, heat forming, final inspection
• Walk customers through their service and represent the shop professionally
• Follow our tint law compliance process on every job — no exceptions
• Maintain a clean, organized bay and handle products/chemicals responsibly
• Bring your ideas — we're a small team and good input is always welcome

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in auto detailing, window tinting, or both — show us your work
• Attention to detail that shows up without being asked
• Someone who treats a customer's vehicle like it's their own
• Reliable, punctual, and communicates when something comes up
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Willingness to learn new techniques, products, and services
• Professional attitude with customers

NOTE ON TRAINING

We are also open to candidates with strong experience in one discipline (detail or tint) who are serious about learning the other. Tell us which side you're strong in and where you want to grow. Pay will reflect where you're starting, with a clear path to move up.
