Service advisors that can sell your work! Paid Health Insurance 2 weeks PTO after 90 days Paid training A++ Culture Duties Perform vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical concerns Complete maintenance services including oil changes, tire services, brakes, and fluid exchanges Repair steering, suspension, cooling, electrical, and drivetrain systems Perform engine and transmission-related repairs as skill level allows Use shop management software to document inspections, findings, and recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with service advisors and management Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience preferred Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems Own basic automotive tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ASE certifications are a plus but not required Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn We realize the person we are looking for likely has a job, but if you are tired of warranty times, politics, and not being treated like the valuable employee you are, then we need to talk!
