Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. In this energetic position, you will perform essential maintenance services, including tire replacements, rotations, and balancing, as well as oil changes and basic vehicle inspections. Your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will help deliver a seamless experience for every driver who walks through our doors. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes using appropriate tools and follow manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal engine performance Assist with vehicle alignments and basic maintenance tasks to uphold safety standards Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform repairs and inspections on various vehicle systems Conduct vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate service solutions Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Skills Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, tire service, and vehicle maintenance techniques Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures Good understanding of automotive service standards and safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Service technician experience or mechanic background is highly desirable for success in this role This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive repair expertise while delivering top-quality service. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
