Automotive Service Writer/ Experienced Sales

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Write detailed service orders, accurately describing vehicle issues using automotive terminology Collaborate with technicians to diagnose mechanical problems such as transmissions, brakes, suspensions, alignments, oil changes, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Recommend additional services or repairs through effective upselling techniques while maintaining transparency and trust Manage auto estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments for repairs and maintenance Handle cash transactions efficiently and maintain precise records of all service activities Maintain excellent customer service by providing timely updates on vehicle status and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process Skills Proven automotive experience with a solid understanding of automotive service management and customer relations Exceptional ability to upsell services by identifying customer needs and explaining benefits clearly Experience in auto estimating software and service writing to ensure accurate documentation Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining detailed records Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for automobiles and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs Join our team if you're energized by working in a lively environment where your automotive expertise and sales talent can shine!
