Looking for one experienced lube tech who can be the right fit to our team. Previous shop experience required. Must be available 7:30 AM•5:00 PM Monday•Friday. Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive vehicle safety and performance! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, performing essential tire services, oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic repairs. Your mechanical expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and reliably. Duties Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement with precision and care Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements to maintain optimal vehicle performance Assist with basic mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, alignments, and mechanical diagnostics Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues related to tires, fluids, brakes, and other key components Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Requirements Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and repairs Experience with tire service equipment, hand tools, and power tools required Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures including oil changes and coolant flushes Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments and basic mechanical repairs Physical ability to lift heavy tires and equipment regularly during shifts Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and communication Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
