Job Description
MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Conduct inspections and testing of vehicle systems and components
- Complete necessary repairs and replacements of parts, such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems
- Follow repair manuals and schematics to ensure accurate repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs
Skills:
- Proficient in soldering and welding techniques for automotive repairs
- Knowledge of hydraulics systems and their components
- Ability to assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and systems
- Familiarity with power tools used in automotive repair
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle needs
- Experience with shocks, struts, and other suspension components
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and requirements
- Skilled in reading and interpreting schematics for electrical systems
