Overview Don Franklin Russell Springs is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Quick Lube Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform fast, efficient oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive skills in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to our valued clients. Duties Perform quick oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections using hand tools and power tools Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and belt checks Assist with tire service including mounting, balancing, and alignment preparation Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify common mechanical issues and communicate findings effectively Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions confidently Assist with light mechanical repairs as needed, supporting the broader service team Experience Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Knowledge of oil change procedures, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance tasks Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Previous experience working as a service technician or in a similar automotive role is advantageous Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to keeping vehicles in top condition while advancing your career in the automotive industry!
