Job Description
Cenla RV Center, Louisiana's family-owned and family focused RV Dealership is seeking a reliable RV Prep Technician to join our service and delivery team in Alexandria, La. Position Overview As an RV Prep Technician, you'll prepare new and pre-owned RVs for sale and customer delivery. This role focuses on final inspections, detailing, minor repairs, and ensuring every unit meets our high standards before it goes to its new owner. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used RVs Install accessories and optional equipement. Check and test all RV systems, (electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliances, slides, brakes, lights, etc. ) Complete minor adjustments and repairs as needed. Assist with customer walk-throughs and demonstrations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support the service and sales team as required. Requirements Previous experience in RV prep or similar hands-on role preferred. Basic knowledge of RV systems (plumbing, electrical, LP Gas, etc is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift, climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions. Reliable, positive attitude, and cutomer-focused mindset.
