This is a rare opportunity to step into a stable, high-volume position as we replace a long-time employee who is retiring . If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, we want to talk to you. You will be responsible for preparing used vehicles for sale by completing mechanical inspections, basic repairs, and reconditioning to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform basic brake repairs, maintenance services, and tire work Follow detailed used vehicle safety inspections Complete CarBravo Certified Pre-Owned inspection processes Accurately document findings and required repairs Ensure all vehicles meet safety and retail-ready standards Work efficiently in a high-volume reconditioning environment

REQUIREMENTS

Basic mechanical knowledge (brakes, oil changes, tires, general maintenance) Ability to follow structured inspection guidelines Must have your own basic tools Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
