dealership in St. Francisville is currently looking for Entry Level Express Technician (Training & Mentorship provided). This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their automotive career who wants hands-on training and direct mentorship from an experienced GM Master Technician and Shop Foreman. No previous professional experience is required; we will train the right candidate! You will perform quick, high-volume maintenance services while learning from seasoned professionals. This role is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Perform Express Services including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and multi-point vehicle inspections. Check and refill vehicle fluids, inspect brakes, batteries, and other basic components. Assist senior technicians with light repairs and maintenance tasks. Learn to use GM diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer service procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers in a friendly, professional manner. Grow your skills daily under the direct guidance and mentorship of our Shop Foreman. Qualifications No experience required — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! High school diploma or GED preferred. Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn automotive repair. Ability to work with your hands and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset. ASE certifications are a plus but not required — we will support your certification goals.
