The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about delivering a world-class ownership experience. As the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, you will play a critical role in building trust, communicating repair recommendations, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a proven automotive Service Advisor with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, increasing customer retention, and achieving strong sales performance in a dealership environment Greet service customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs. Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently. Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate service write-ups. Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and associated costs to customers. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status and completion timelines. Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure efficient repairs. Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed. Upsell recommended maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that promotes loyalty and repeat business. Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals and departmental performance standards. Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements. 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dealership management systems and service software. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury automotive brand.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

This is a performance-based position. Monthly earnings typically range from $5,000 to $12,000+ , based on individual performance, customer pay sales, productivity, experience, and department results. Top-performing Service Advisors may earn above the stated range. Compensation is not guaranteed and is directly tied to performance.
