AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A REPAIR FACILITY REQUIRED

Performance-Based Pay Increases:
45 Flag Hours = +$3.00/hr 55 Flag Hours = +$5.00/hr 65 Flag Hours = +$7.00/hr 75 Flag Hours = +$9.00/hr
Example Pay Calculation:
If you start at $30/hr and flag 55 hours, your new rate for that week will be $35/hr for all 55 hours. That's $1,925 for the week. Max it out at 75 hours? You'll make $39/hr. That's $2,925 for the week.
