Quick Lube Assistant Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quick Lube Manager to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will oversee routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, and basic inspections, ensuring customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards. Experience with automotive repair and diagnostics is preferred but not required, along with a strong focus on customer service, employee management, and safety. Duties Perform and oversee oil changes, and basic vehicle inspections Conduct and overseevehicle maintenance tasks such as Tire inflation, basic filter and windshield wiper changes, and fluid top -offs Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete service procedure Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance if needed Support team members with heavy lifting and other maintenance tasks as required Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Promote additional services through effective communication with customers Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly desirable but not required Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform oil changes Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in a physically demanding environment Service technician, and management experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate This position is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive repair who want to grow their career in a dynamic automotive environment.
